So who are we, I hear you ask. In 1997 the 76084 Locomotive Company Limited was formed after the purchase of a locomotive from a fellow steam enthusiast. The Locomotive was moved to Ian Storey's Works near Morpeth, Northumberland where the Company intends to restore the 76084 to main line running condition with a home base of the "North Yorkshire Moors Railway" This will not preclude its use on other privately owned railways.
