76084 Locomotive Company Limited holds its Shareholder Annual General Meeting in York in November each year. Shareholders are encouraged to attend to hear the progress being made. A slide show of relevant railway interest is provided afterwards.
76084 Locomotive Company Limited has helds its Shareholder Annual General Meeting in York in past years as this is a central located and easily reachable city. In the past 2 years we have held Shareholder's Open Days at Hepscott initially to celebrate the opening of the Restoration Shed but subsequently to show off the progress being made by the Restoration Team. Shareholders attending these Open Days have given great feedback. We may revert back to AGMs in York when 76084 returns to traffic as the initial base of the North Norfolk Railway is a little difficult to reach.

We are pleased to announce that in our agreement with the North Norfolk Railway they have wholeheartedly accepted the Shareholder benefits listed below especially those relating to a trip behind the locomotive.
Footplate rides will be subject to the North Norfolk Railway's current Rule Book stipulations and at a time and date to be determined prior to any visit to the Railway.
76084 will return to traffic without the necessary technologies to allow her on the main line. The necessary funding to finance buying and installing these technologies will be accrued after the NNR loan is repaid. This will may mean that 76084's first excursion onto Network Rail will be in or after January 2015 depending on the rate of influx of funding.
Arrangements for the Prize Draw referred to below are currently being made.
